Robert Bender, Chief Executive Officer, has more than three decades of experience in founding and managing life sciences companies. His focus has been on the development of new ventures and he has participated in the management of a number of start-up companies.

Perry M Kim, PhD, Chief Operating Officer, has over 20 yrs of research experience and close to a decade of commercial licensing experience. He was previously an assistant professor of pharmacology and toxicology at Queen’s University and held the position of Director of Commercial Development in one of Canada’s preeminent technology transfer offices, PARTEQ Innovations. Dr. Kim continues to hold an adjunct position with the Dept. of Pharmacology and Toxicology, Queen’s University.
